Shiki is a 12-seat omakase room run by chef duo Lin and Jackie. Lin has been learning and making sushi for over 12 years in New York. Jackie spent his early years in Tokyo, Japan, and moved to New York in the 90s. He has honed his skills in various establishments since. Two chefs met at work and developed a deep friendship. They share a passion for opening their own omakase room and sourcing the best seasonal seafood worldwide to offer high-quality dining experiences with a playful touch. Translated as “four seasons” in Japanese, Shiki came to life in Soho in the summer of 2021.
